In the Christian radio industry for more than 20 years, from intern to Station Manager, Aaron has worked every angle inside the show and out. Passionate about content, Aaron advocates for letting the talent shine both in the studio and out of the studio. You’ll also find him producing podcasts and videos and of course raising his 4 boys along with his beautiful wife Jennifer.
Deneé Hughes : Host
Deneé is a natural storyteller and her quirky view of the world around her brings a fresh perspective to every aspect of the industry both on and off the air. Deneé has a knack for business strategy with years of consulting experience and is highly complimented for her work within promotions. When she’s not in creative mode, you might find her hanging out with her husband Justin, or playing with one of their three dogs. OK, lets be honest, she’s probably still spinning ideas even then.
Kyndal Hawkins : Producer
Kyndal’s education and experiences helped her realize her greatest gifts and talents were in the creative arts. She started a successful wedding and portrait photography business, Inner Images Photography, and currently serves as photographer for Ozarks Big Bite. Kyndal also has radio broadcasting experience. She has co-hosted a morning show, hosted a mid-day show and managed studio production. She is grateful for the opportunity to join Aaron and Deneé to help deliver an amazing show for their affiliates.
How do you describe your show?
Our heart beats to celebrate what makes us uniquely different and what brings us together. That thing that makes us weird or quirky is part of our Creator’s plan and our show allows for that truth to exist. We want to erase the “us vs them” mentality that seems to be permeating culture, and trade judgement for grace and labels for love. We aim to be respectful of all listeners while fearlessly approaching topics of life with a measure of humor and deep roots in our faith.
How much does your show cost?
That depends on many factors, including customization and whether you want us to suck helium. (see Mike Couchman’s Testimonial) We will work with you on you to meet your station goals, including the budget goals!
What is the target demographic of your show content?
The DNA Show has shown success with both AC and CHR audiences. We will also work very closely with you to superserve your listener whoever they might be.

Do I have to join a network or can I just get your show?
Our show is independent of any network ties, meaning that you have the freedom to just take our content and use it as best benefits your station’s needs.
Are you able to help out with Fundraising?
Our schedule allows us to be completely flexible to help out at your fundraising or station events! If you are interested, please let us know and we can send you samples of our fundraising, as well as discuss rates and availability. We book on a first come, first serve basis.
What dayparts are you available to fill?
Each and every one! We’ve seen the show be successful with audiences all across the clock. We make sure our content fits the time frame you need us to fill.
Do you require bartering?
Not unless you need it. You use your air clock however you see fit. We will simply provide you with great on-air fun. You decide what goes around it. However, if bartering may help with your budget needs we are open to having that conversation!
